Jelly Climbers values your privacy. This policy explains what information is (and isn’t) collected when you play the game.
Information We Collect
Local Gameplay
- If you play without an account, all game progress, settings, and unlocks are stored locally on your device only.
- This data is never sent to me or shared with third parties.
Ranked Mode Accounts
- If you choose to create an account, Jelly Climbers uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore to store:
- Your chosen display name
- Your run “ghosts” (gameplay replays used for races)
- This information is stored securely on Google’s Firebase servers.
No other personal information (such as email, location, or device data) is collected.
How I Use Your Data
- Run Ghosts: Shared with other players in ranked/ghost race mode so they can compete against your runs.
- Display Name: Used to show your identity on leaderboards and ghost races.
I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
Data Storage and Security
- Firebase/Firestore is managed by Google and provides secure, industry-standard data handling.
- All other gameplay information is stored only on your device and cannot be accessed by me.
Your Choices
- You can play Jelly Climbers without ever creating an account.
- If you create an account and later wish to delete it, you can request account deletion at: [email protected].
Children’s Privacy
Jelly Climbers does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has created an account, please contact us to request deletion.
